Cancellation Policy
Cancelation:
Cancelations must be made 24 hours prior to appointment date/time, if failure to do the following a 40% service fee will be charged at time of cancellation.
RESCHEDULES:
Appointments must be rescheduled and accepted 24 hours prior to appointment date/time. All individuals are allowed two reschedules back-to-back before a 40% fee of will be charged. Failure to appear after two reschedules or cancelations could result in termination from services made by provider.
Late/No Show:
Provider will support a 15 minute grace period before appointment will be automatically canceled. Life happens; please contact and communicate if something has come up during your scheduled appointment. A 40% no-show fee will be charged if client fails to contact provider.
